One of the BEST SKI IN+OUT townhouses in Snowshoe! Go out the back door to the longest green trail (Flume). Enjoy the private hot tub, rec room w/ PS-5 and huge TV, gear room with boot dryer, and more. The living room has a gas fireplace, and the kitchen is fully stocked to cook for a big group. Enjoy 3 bedrooms with KING beds, plus another 3 bedrooms (one is combo with rec room) with 7 twin beds in bunk/trundle forms. The Village is just a 5-10 min. walk or use the quick free shuttle. Beds include the following: Master - KING bed 2nd bedroom - KING bed 3rd bedroom.- KING bed 4th bedroom - twin-over-twin 5th bedroom - twin-over-twin with trundle 6th bedroom/ rec room combo Note: Outdoor furniture, fire pit table, and grill are sometimes removed in winter due to the large amounts of snow and ice that accumulate on the deck. Inquire before booking if this is something you require to see if they are available. Also note: Home has no garage as it was converted into the rec room/6th bedroom. All of the home is available except locked storage closet for supplies. We have a local handyman and cleaning company that is available for emergencies. The Loggers Run townhomes are close to the Village, an easy 5-10 minute walk when the weather is nice, or hop on the free shuttle if it is not. You'll find 2 parking spots out front of the home, and the community has extra overflow parking available (first come, first serve). Ring doorbell and security cameras are mounted at front and rear doorways to assist with guest, staff, and contractor entries. These devices record motion.
