Welcome to Kitz Condo. What a great place to stay! In the midst of everything downtown! Right across the street from the Yampa River, Howelsen Hill Ski Area, Brent Romick Rodeo Arena, 1/2 block from the free ski bus! On the 2nd floor (7 steps up from the parking lot). Our unit is 1 level. Two 12,000btu portable/rolling A/C units in the condo. The building does not have central A/C. When we are there in Summer we run the rolling unit all day, even if we are not there, and disperse the cool air with the fans. The condo has a 9' shuffleboard table, and a 60-game Pacman 2-player pub table. Well appointed kitchen, but guests provide their own food. Dedicated small room in the condo for storing snowboards, skis, ski boots, and summer toys DURING YOUR STAY.
