Rise early to savor color drenched sunrises as the sun peeks over the Atlantic as you enjoy your morning coffee from the top level deck. This central location puts you in close proximity to popular restaurants and shopping options to enjoy throughout your stay. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets-Pet Free. A security camera is located at the front door for guest peace of mind. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
