You'll be within a mile radius of grocery stores, a movie theater, mini golf and fantastic dining options including The Jolly Roger and Goombays Grille & Raw Bar. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
