Take It E-sea is sure to call you back for years to come. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please Note: Gas fireplace in the living room and firepit in backyard are not available for guest use; Jets in the soaking tub are not operational. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
