The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is perfect as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can enjoy your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than enjoying your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Spacious covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books. Located in a great neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bike. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
