Cabana pool bath w/shower on lower level, stereo system throughout the home, outdoor decks, pool area with outdoor speakers which can be played from lower level sound system & dune deck. Private boardwalk to a dune deck and beach. 2 dishwashers, 2 washers/dryers, 2 ovens w/warming drawer, 2 microwaves, Subzero refrigerator, wet bar w/icemaker, high chair, Pack-n-Play, gas fireplace, grill, and outdoor shower. No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Parking 5-6 vehicles.
