Inside, relax in the inviting living room with plush seating and a smart TV, or cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which even includes a popcorn machine for movie nights. Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two full beds Max occupancy: 6 guests Enjoy added comforts like free Wi-Fi, TVs in both bedrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, and a modern full bath with tub/shower combo. Property features: Outdoor pool (open May 25–Sept 22, weather permitting) Two assigned parking spots (available starting May 1, 2024) Linens, towels, and starter essentials included What's Included: Fresh bed linens for each bed Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth) Starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent Guest Guidelines: Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor dumpster before checkout Load and run the dishwasher before departure Missing towels or linens will incur a replacement fee No parties or smoking Primary guest must be 25+ Check-out: 10 AM Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
