The ground level features a lovely den with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a room with two singles and a full bath. On the main level, you will find a comfortable sitting room, a main bedroom with a beautiful custom-tiled shower, a room with a queen bed, and a room with Duobunk. There also is a full bath. The top level boasts a dining area with great lighthouse and sunset views and an artistically painted kitchen with granite countertops that enhance the experience. There also is a king main bedroom and a half bath. On-site amenities include a private unheated pool, a hot tub, three TVs, two DVDs, a central stereo, outside speakers by the pool and hot tub, video and books, and beach access 460 yards away. Things to Know Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
