THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING • A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking • A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions • Contracting guests must be 25+ IMPORTANT NOTES This home is located in a developing community. There may be construction going on around the neighborhood and next door. Due to minimal parking, trailers of any kind are not allowed in the neighborhood. GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED) • Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. • Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies. • After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details. • The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.
