This home offers flexible sleeping options but does not allow occupancy over the 4 person limit. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, 1 HD TV and an HD TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen offers a K-Cup Coffee Maker. Stack washer/dryer. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. TV's will be streaming only. Bring your own smart TV app subscriptions. As of May 1, 2024 Amazon Firesticks will be available on the TVs. The exterior offers a first and second floor covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open mid-April through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside.
