Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and two cable TVs. The exterior offers a first and second floor deck. The Boyette shared pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open mid-April through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grill available. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles.
