This 3 bedroom, 2 bath raised home is on a deep water channel in Cherry Grove. Enjoy the floating dock, ramp, deck, patio, and dock access. On the first floor (not ground level) of Playing Hooky, there is an open living area, dining area, and kitchen that overlooks the marsh from the sliding door. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a vanity, tub, and separate shower. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and all of your cooking needs to prepare a meal. There is a dining area and a breakfast bar. The living area has durable tile flooring, TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and free parking for 4 vehicles. On the second floor are the other two bedrooms and a bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower combination. If you love the sport of fishing, this rental has everything you could want. Fish from the deck or dock, which also has a fish cleaning station (if you want to eat your catch). You could relax on the dock all day while casting to see what you may hook on the end of that line. If you have a boat, bring it with you.
