Located just a five-minute walk from Frisco Beach, the home offers unobstructed sunset views from the upper deck, which is just two lots from the sound. The large, screened porch is breezy and bug-free. Built in 2009, the house boasts hardwood and tiled floors and has been newly furnished. The top deck provides stunning views of the sound and even a glimpse of the ocean. Conveniently, a restaurant and bar are just 0.3 miles away. "Reel Heaven" is a five-minute drive to Hatteras Village and Frisco Airport, both of which offer beach access for 4x4 driving with a permit. The Point in Buxton and Hatteras Village are a ten-minute drive away, and the ferry to Ocracoke Island is also just ten minutes away. From the cottage, it's an easy walk to Frisco Beach, which is known for being one of the best beaches for kids and swimming on the entire island. For those who prefer a lifeguarded beach, you can drive south, park, and walk over.
