This unique setting offers you the thrill of being able to walk out the door with hiking boots on, walk right past your car and keep on going for as long as you want to before heading back to relax on your private deck. There are no trails but you are welcome to wander the 135 acres and enjoy the peace and quiet. A rugged hike or a leisurely stroll – your choice. You’re in charge! THE LAKE IS JUST A SHORT WALK DOWN THE COUNTRY LANE - it is not in your backyard but it's very close by. Lakeside firepit area is shared by all the 13 cabins located in the Mountain Lake Resort. March down to the lake and take a stroll around the serene mountain setting watching for the natural wildlife abundant in our area. Just a few yards further and you can enjoy the beautiful, rushing mountain creek. It's lovely. Enjoy a roaring fire in the gas firepit beside the lake.
