This 4 bedroom, 3 bath channel house has a large king bed in the master, a twin bed and a full size bed in the second bedroom, a twin bed and a full size bed in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The two bathrooms each have a tub and shower combination. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs with access to the main floor only by outside stairs. This bedroom has a queen bed; the bathroom has a shower stall. Motorcycles are not permitted on property. Pets are not permitted on this property. This is a non-smoking property. 4 parking passes are provided. This is a family oriented rental. No students/student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in. Floundering Around has added a beautiful ramp for boats, jet skis and kayaks! There is enough space for a 20 ft. boat to be docked. There will always be 3 ft. of water in the channel! What fun will that be! Enjoy your morning beverage or evening drink on the porch overlooking the channel.
