House Rules & Important Information • Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book. • City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time. • Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance. • STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated. Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply.
