Newly renovated, Orangewood is a two-story house with a unique, open floor plan ideal for large parties or families. The home is very spacious, boasting 2,167 sq ft with 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the main floor; 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs. Please note, the 5th bedroom was converted from a den into a bedroom right off the living room with patio access. Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. + City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am.
