It's on the ocean side of Thomas Drive and it's the 3rd house from the beach! Plenty of parking, too! This house is pet friendly-1 dog maximum and it must weigh 25lbs or less. Beautifully updated with high end cabinetry, granite counter tops and all new kitchen appliances. The updated bathrooms feature a tiled showers with shower massages and a granite counter top or pedestal sink. White oak tile floors throughout and warm, cozy beach décor everywhere you look! The large open floor plan great room has plenty of room to stretch out and relax. You'll enjoy making memories here. There is a queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat. We have a man sized leather recliner and an accent chair that is a rocker, too. The wide screen TV is great for enjoying the big game and your favorite programs and movies. The cottage is equipped with complementary Dish network and wi-fi throughout. We also provide plenty of places to plug in your personal electronics for charging. The well equipped kitchen is great for cooking everything from a quick snack to a full gourmet meal. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and is surrounded by windows. You'll enjoy the tropical themed dinnerware, too. For the coffee lovers, we have both a drip coffee maker AND a Keurig machine. Smell the ocean and hear the waves from your private backyard oasis.
