Few ski-in/ski-out locations in Steamboat offer the amenities and convenience you’ll experience during your mountain getaway in this exquisitely decorated residence. Enjoy the panoramic views from the spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and gas fireplace. Or take in the fresh alpine air on the extra-long balcony with lounge chairs and grill. A fully equipped professional-grade kitchen will also act as a gathering place around a large island with bar seating for five people. Enjoy each other’s company over meals at the 8-person dining table. Four welcoming bedrooms with plush furnishings will provide relaxation for 9 guests. The primary king suite features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and ensuite spa-like bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub. The second king suite also has a luxurious ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The ensuite bunk room has a queen-over-twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom. For guests’ comfort and convenience, the residence has a full-size washer and dryer, and enjoys air conditioning in summer. Mountain Meltaway is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, fitness room, and ski locker room. There is parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage. Note: Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage or elsewhere on the Edgemont property.
