A brand new kitchen features all stainless appliances, stocked with all necessities for a rental and beyond (including an automatic ice maker).In the Primary Bedroom you will find a queen size bed with beautifully matching furniture and new A/C system for your comfort, as well as a TV! This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds as well as a TV and a New A/C system! Air purifiers are provided throughout the condo as an option for guest use. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid.
