The upper level great room is open and the perfect place to watch your favorite movies, cook a delicious meal in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen or just sit and reminisce about your adventures you had for the day. Your family will enjoy privacy at home and access to the beautiful beaches just a short walk from your front door. Everyone will love the location and amenities of Honzie's Hideaway. This home is located across the street from the Village Beach Club with convenient access to the beach, oceanfront pool, clubhouse and café, and more. Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between 10.00 and 25.00 USD per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). To purchase and obtain a parking pass for your stay, or for questions related to Village Beach Club amenities and availability, please contact the Village Beach Club staff at (252) 480-2222. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150.00 USD cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
