* Our premier home has 3,264 Sq Ft of 6 Magically Themed Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms with 4 En-suites and a Secret Room. * The Epic Avenger Game and Movie Room has 2 Arcade games with Air hockey, a PS5 gaming station and fully reclining theater chairs, with a separate A/C. * We have 6 theme rooms: Cars, Moana, Tangled, Star Wars, Frozen, Harry Potter and a Secret Room. All of which have murals that will amaze you. * There is a Private Heated Pool and Jacuzzi (heating charges may apply) on a South facing extended deck, with no rear neighbors and a Conservation Lake View. Enclosed in a Lanai, there are lounge chairs, a large seating area, ping pong table, outdoor dining table and numerous pool toys and towels. * The Gourmet kitchen is well equipped. There are 4 seats at the breakfast bar and opens to the dining area with seating for 10. * There is an open seating area and a second game room with light modern decor for relaxing and playing games or just lounging around making memories. * 2
