There are two guests bedrooms and a master bedroom with a full bathroom. The community offers off street parking for 2 cars, a shared outside shower, gas grill, and private dune area at the front of the property, great for lounging, games, and barbecues. $295 Pet Fee, per pet. Dogs only (2 Max). Community rules require the lease signer to be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be an occupant at the rental for the term of the lease. No smoking inside the home or porch area. Bedding- 1 Double & 1 Single, 1 Queen, 1 Queen A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $173.25.
