This apartment has a large living room with small outdoor balcony. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an island for extra seating. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom features a large king bed with dresser, closet and TV. Pool and Hot Tub open Memorial Day - Labor Day Guests have full access to the large pool and hot tub on site. There is also a fitness room for exercising and multiple laundry rooms throughout the building. The building is secure and locked and parking lot is gated. Communal Picnic tables and gas grills are on site by the pool. Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellation or alteration requests must be initiated through the channel or website that you booked with. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.
