The primary bedroom offers a private bath, king bed, Wall AC Unit, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a wall-mounted monitor for hooking up a gaming console, and a full hall bath. Walk/bike to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod Bay beaches, and shops/restaurants from this ideal location! CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid.
