Welcome to Salty Shark - direct oceanfront studio! This remodeled studio sleeps 4 and is in North Ocean City near great restaurants, bars, and 58 acre North Side Park. The park has sports fields, a recreation center, a walking/biking path, crabbing pier, playground, and outdoor fitness area. Building has outdoor pool in summer too! The unit features a King Murphy bed, and a Queen sofa bed. There's also an outdoor pool open in summer months! Modern touches include: -contactless check-in -and a keyless Schlage electronic door lock Enjoy the following features: -full kitchen -living room big screen, smart TV -board games -linens and towels included -private ocean front balcony -electric fireplace -outdoor community pool (summer) -elevator -beach chairs and beach toys Bedding: 1 KING bed (Murphy Bed) 1 Queen sofa bed- 5"memory foam mattress Linens and towels are included with booking! Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee. RECOMMENDATION: Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking. Parking: Please park in space #26. There is a parking pass in the unit for your car. Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed! Complimentary beach chairs and beach toys are waiting in your private storage closet. The unit does not have a washer/dryer, but there is coin operated laundry in the building. We've maximized use of the space, but this is a studio, not a 1 bedroom. Please note: The person booking this unit must be at least 24 years of age and be present for the duration of the booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We do not rent to HS senior week guests.
