This beautiful condo overlooks the Boardman Lake Trail and offers views of Boardman Lake. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the kitchen island, and a dining table for 6. The condo is perfect for access for those with limited mobility as this is a ground floor unit, no stairs. and handicap accessible parking. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, SMART TV, and connected private bathroom. The guest room has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space and a desk for those who are working while away. The living room offers ample seating space, SMART TV with cable, fireplace and a sofa that converts into sleeping for two. There is a full guest bathroom, ample common closet space, washer/dryer, and wifi - all of the amenities needed for a perfect stay! Outside of the condo, guests will find the location superb. It is within walking distance of breweries, restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. A short car or bike ride puts guests to downtown Traverse City for shopping, bars, restaurants, entertainment and the Grand Traverse Bay public beach access. This condo puts guests 11 miles from Flint Fields for the equestrian events, close to Grand Traverse and Leelanau peninsulas for sightseeing and wine tours. A short drive to the west will put guests at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dune National Park in Empire. With so much to see and do in Northern Michigan, this condo puts our guests in the heart of it all.
