The front of the home boasts a wooded view and from the back of the house guests can take in an expansive valley view from both the upper deck and lower patio area. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a family meal or entertaining, including both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and stove-top espresso maker. The Kitchen boasts a large island with a prep sink to keep everyone in the middle of the conversations. Guests will have all of the conveniences and comforts of home. The main level of the home offers a lovely open floor plan with high ceilings throughout. The dining area includes a table that can easily accommodate 10+ people and seating for 5 at the island. There’s ample space for the family to gather in the living room on the new sectional couch and chairs with fireplace offering a comfortable atmosphere for guests in all seasons. The sliding glass doors off the living room open to the large deck. The deck offers table and chairs for 8, 2 chaise lounges and a gas grill. A perfect place to take in the evening sunset or sip that morning cup of coffee. The main floor bedrooms include the Main Suite (King) with walk-in closet and full bathroom including double vanity and soaker tub, and Guest room (2 XL Twins) which is nearby the main level full bathroom. Also on the main level, guests will have access to a spacious laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. The lower level of the home is very open and spacious with high ceilings.
