The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. **Charcoal is not provided. Firewood is not provided. Interior fireplace is not available for use. Basic cooking items - pots & pans and dishware are provided for our occupancy of 6 guests. Pet Friendly - pets less than 40 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. (Max 1 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Any damages from the pet are not covered by the limited damage waiver.
