Climb the steps, cross the front porch, and pass through the door into a bright, open living space with a vaulted ceiling, comfortable furnishings, and a large TV for streaming your favorite channels. Nearby, visiting chefs will find everything they need in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating, while more formal meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Head downstairs and out to the shaded patio where you'll find a bar, comfortable bench seating, a gas grill, and access out to the large, fenced yard where the kids can run and play! You'll love soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of adventure. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Outdoor shower on-site. No smoking/vaping. No pets. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
