This bright and airy home, named in tribute to the owner’s mothers (Sandy and Carol), is conveniently located in the Beachside Villas of Seagrove Beach. A favorite feature of this beautiful coastal condo is the large balcony with rocking Adirondack chairs. It’s a quiet and peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while taking in the smell and sound of the sea. Beach Access Loocations: One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes. Beach Trolley: There is a beach trolley that runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm.
