The bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk. Top Level: This level features a spacious great room with a TV and DVD player, gas fireplace, and deck access through a sliding glass door. A nicely equipped kitchen has bar seating for three guests and a separate dining area. You will also find the main bedroom with a king bed with deck access through a sliding door. Rounding out this home is a half bath off the great room. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Amenities: Guests can enjoy an oversized private 16-foot by 32-foot unheated Pool, a gated pool, hot tub, multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, gas grill, WiFi, a hammock swing, and a sunny and shaded deck space. Guests can enjoy an outside pool, wading pool, a kid’s playroom, four shared tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, and a multi-use trail for biking and walking.
