In this home, you'll have views of the ocean from the living room and newly-replaced balcony and you are less an 100 steps to beach access. The beaches on this end of the island are very quiet and not crowded - ideal for a couple or family looking for a relaxing getaway. Inside, the living area has plenty of seating and boasts ocean views from the main part of the home. The living room opens up to the expansive balcony where you also enjoy great ocean views. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bathtub. There is half bath/laundry room accessible from the downstairs deck area and it has been outfitted with a new washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower that is convenient when returning from the beach.
