Up another flight of stairs, guests will enter the loft area that functions as the third bedroom. There is also an outdoor 12 X 9 bluestone patio for tenants to enjoy. Rental guests at this home can also pack light - the owner provides bikes and beach chairs for use during your stay! They can be found in the garage below this unit. Property has off-street parking for one car, and the owner also provides one on-street parking permit for use at any non-metered parking spots in Rehoboth Beach. Home is cooled with A/C Units.
