This home features: Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Sleeps 4 OUTDOOR LIVING: This garden-level suite is in the heart of Old Town, just steps from the Poudre River Trail, Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre Whitewater Park. INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Smart TVs with Xfinity Stream, dining table with seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace KITCHEN: Kitchen with microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is no dishwasher. BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay. GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer (shared with upper unit), linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, portable air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials. We do not have central A/C, but we have a stand-alone unit and fans available. LOCATION: This home is very close to The Lincoln Center, Poudre River Whitewater Park, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, City Park, and Colorado State University. This is a fantastic space for parents visiting kids at CSU, business professionals, and anyone coming to explore our beautiful city. FAQ: This home is a 2-unit over/under duplex. Although both spaces are fully private with their own access, please know that it is not sound proof and you may have interactions with the other guests. We ask for all parties to be courteous and respectful along with keeping quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Also, Fort Collins is a "train town" and the train tracks are about 5 blocks away.
