Completing the first floor are the kitchen and dining rooms. Head upstairs to find the remaining four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share one bathroom, which is located in the hallway. There is a single bedroom which connects to the large en-suite with its own bathroom. At this beach home, guests will find off-street parking for two cars, and the owner also offers two on-street parking passes that can be used at any non-metered parking spots within the city of Rehoboth Beach. Guests can also take advantage of the garage, which may be used for storing all your beach equipment, and enjoy outdoor living on the front screened porch. *This is a non smoking home. Pets are not permitted. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $316.00. All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
