Just imagine watching the cranes fly overhead and fisherman will enjoy fishing and crabbing right from the deck. From the deck you can step right into the living area where there is seating for everyone to enjoy movie night or relax from a day on the water or at the beach. The first floor includes one full bathroom off of the living area. The second floor is a real stunner with another water front deck and a large, open kitchen and dining area with and additional seating area. Everyone can enjoy ones company while the cook prepares dinner. There will be a spacious dining table and additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one needs to cook for a week on the water. The second floor includes a full bathroom and three bedrooms. The third floor includes another two full bathrooms and five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have breath taking views of the water. This home is pet friendly- dogs only. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted on the decks or inside the home. All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
