The association includes a community pool & tennis court, steps from your door! It offers Central AC, WIFI, wood floors throughout, a garage, a finished lower level with climate control, main floor laundry, & a private patio with a gas grill. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Step through the front door and the living room is on the right. This open living area has wood floors, a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and French doors to the private patio. The living room flows into the dining area with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, breakfast bar and quartz countertops. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a hall off the kitchen.
