Conveniently located just a few short blocks from the beach and from Folly's famous Bert's Market; set in the laid-back residential Folly Beach community that's often referred to as "The Edge of America". Furnishings in the home include a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry. Outside you can enjoy the spacious yard and front porch, and the beach access is just a few blocks away. There is also a preserved green space just across the street which runs parallel to the beach, and is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the beach air. We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
