We know that everyone can be a gourmet cook, and so our hands-on culinary classes are designed for home cooks of every level. Our past students have ranged from former restaurant owners to people who could barely boil water, so we truly have a class for everyone. We eliminate the intimidation factor for new cooks, and share exotic techniques and ethnic flavors to those with years of experience. We like to use local and organic ingredients wherever we can, so our menus change seasonally. We offer classes of virtually every cuisine type, from Italian to Indian, as well as themed classes like Girls Night Out, French Bistro Dinner, and Farmer's Market, which highlights fresh local produce.
