“White Sands Cottage” in Gulf Shores is perfectly located for a complete beach vacation. This cottage was completed in 2023 and located 1 mile west of the Hangout and is a one minute walk across the street from the beach. The first floor has a living room and kitchen with a dining area. Also on the first floor are two twin XL bunks and a full bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. The home is raised with parking underneath. Also under the house is a storage area and an outdoor shower. The home has a balcony which faces the pool. ***House has stairs to enter and stairs inside. You have to cross a two-lane road to reach the beach. We require a signed rental agreement and there is a credit card security hold of $300. We get regular pest control but on occasion pests do get inside the home.***
