This unique 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is simple, clean and located on the breathtaking Wilson Mesa, with the iconic Wilson Peak dominating the views. From wildlife to scenery, added to its remoteness provides peace and tranquility. The towns of Telluride & Mt Village are a very scenic 30 minutes drive, providing shopping, dining and an abundance of there activities, including the free gondola system that takes you to and from the towns of Telluride and Mt Village, and forty to forty to sixty minutes to Ridgway and Ouray, all providing great morning or afternoon trips; although most find it hard to leave the ranch. The apartment is located on the lower level of the main house and has a private entrance as well as driveway space. Access to the common area decks can be limited based on occupancy of the main house. Nonetheless this is great property in an incredible location, providing once in a lifetime experiences with it
