Seaside Beach and Racquet 3201 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 2nd floor of building 3. Condo Features: • Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom • Tile flooring is throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are four barstools for additional seating. • Washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom has a queen-size bed • Third bedroom features two twin beds • Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($50 each, limit 2). Credit card only. Parking passes are only valid for 31 days.
