You are also steps away from the Balboa Island Boardwalk that will allow you to walk around the entire Island with ease! You are only a 10-minute walk to the Island’s main village on Marine Avenue, where you can enjoy local shopping and fantastic dining options. Or you can enjoy the smaller shops on Agate and the Boardwalk. This upstairs unit is sure to delight as you get the best of both worlds in Newport Beach! For the World Cup 2026, we are located about 40 miles to SoFi Stadium where the matches will be played. Our summer bookings are 7 night bookings running Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. We do have some special summer opportunities that are less than 7-nights available: Tue, July 7 to Sat, July 11 (4 nights)
