Private, cozy, home 20 MIN from Zion National Park, Sandy Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks w/beautiful red rock ledges views! Enjoy your time with family and friends in a QUIET neighborhood w/coffee house & grocery store in walking distance. Step out to a great patio to enjoy your cup 'o Joe (made in the coffee maker provided with FREE coffee!) or use the BBQ to grill and enjoy your meal outside on the patio furniture. Comfy beds and clean linens and we have a thing about pillows so we provide a LOT of them! The third bedroom is off the kitchen and is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch movies. It was an add-on to the home off of the kitchen and has a Smart TV and a fireplace that is used to heat this room and a separate AC unit. It has a bunk bed and queen-sized pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress. There is enough seating for 10 people to sit down and eat together between a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 6. We have 3 large TVs between th
