Breezeway Recoating Project: The project is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026, and will progress in phases throughout the building through November 1st; dates subject to change. To minimize the overall duration of this project and reduce the length of disruption to owners and guests, the contractor will be working under an accelerated schedule. Work is expected to take place daily from 7:00 a.m. until dusk throughout the project. Owners and guests should also anticipate increased noise levels during the resurfacing process, particularly during the grinding and preparation of the existing floor coating. While every effort will be made to complete the work efficiently and professionally, this portion of the project will generate unavoidable construction noise.
