Faxo's Retreat is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located just one block from the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking Little Lagoon and less than a mile west of Hwy. 59. This charming home features a private pool (not heated) and a kiddie pool with scenic lagoon views. PET FRIENDLY: Two dogs 35 lbs or less are allowed. A $150 per dog, non-refundable pet fee applies. Property Features: • Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset on the large lagoon-side balcony. There is also a covered patio underneath the home. • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating. • The living area has a sofa sleeper. • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed with balcony access. • First guest room has a king-size bed with balcony access. • Second guest room features two sets of twin-size bunk beds.
